We provide full support and maintenance services for MAS90/200 and ACCPAC software program. We are able to desktop stream to you remotely and work through issues that may arise with your accounting programs.
Training
Our trainers and support staff are fully certified in Sage MAS90, MAS200, FRX, FAS Accounting, Custom Office, Knowledgesync, Accpac and Crystal report writing. We provide training on all the modules of MAS 90 and MAS 200.
We have decades of experience training and supporting a variety of clients in a variety of industries.
Remote Capability
We have technology tools that allow us to remotely support and work on issues that need to be resolved on your system. Remote tools include desktop streaming, and other technology tools that allow us to get onto your computers remotely. We can also have meetings and presentations removtely.
We have multiple ways to support our clients either remotely by phone, desktop streaming and of course by going to you. We are more than willing to travel to locations throughout the United States and Canada for training, setup and implementation of your accounting ERP system. We have setup systems in the United States, Canada, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China and London, England.

Remote Support: Once you call us, we can get onto your system via our remote desktop tools. You will be provided with a unlocking code number from one of our support technicians at the time we setup our remote session.
